When engaged in a serious conversation where we are trying to convey a feeling or message, we can feel unheard or misunderstood. These can lead to feeling more worried or enraged. Do not judge yourself for these feelings, but remember they are temporary. Instead, focus on breathing for a few moments in order to regain your bearings in the conversation.
